We arranged our fathers funeral with Lodge and Keates in May 2020. I originally spoke with Rob in Ham after being dissatisfied with the original undertaker we had chosen. Olivia and Yvonne at Hampton Hill were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble and they were kind and respectful to us. We were kept informed of everything and on the day Paul was excellent. He made sure everything ran smoothly and allowed us plenty of time to take a detour with the hearse so that friends and neighbours could pay their respects to Dad, as the Covid pandemic allowed only a few at the service.
