I can't say how good all the staff I spoke to at Lodge Brothers were during an extremely difficult and mentally challenging time when I my Mum passed away suddenly in January. Right from the beginning Catherine at the Brentford branch of Lodge Brothers was so supportive and helpful. Explaining everything in a clear easy manner and never once making me feel I had to spend money that I didn't need to.
