After the pain of losing my father, Charlene was there to provide us all with support throughout the process of organising the funeral. She came up with ideas and was considerate of all our needs. On the day of the funeral, everything went to plan. The gentleman that came to carry dad was so smart and professional, it just took all the stress away from us.
