I just want to say how lovely Sam Beckett, Funeral Arranger at the Chatworth Road Branch was to me and my family in helping with the funeral arrangements for my mother in law, Edith. The personal care shown to Edith by Sam was amazing even down to curling her hair with rollers and straighters - she looked beautiful as if she was sleeping.
On the day of the funeral I found Craig (the Funeral Director) and his team so obliging and accommodating nothing was to much for them.

So much of arranging my mother's funeral was a fiasco. Sam was not professional enough. Meeting with us wearing her gym gear, we were given a 30 minute slot in the chapel of rest because she was busy at another branch (where she had no appointments) and complaining to us about her workload. Sam's solution was to move my mother's body to multiple venues for viewing. A horrible idea. The funeral day we had reserved was given to another family before we could contact all of ours to confirm it.
