My Mum, my Queen my best friend passed away just before Christmas, and from the moment they came to collect Mum they showed so so much respect, they spoke so.lovely to Mum like she was still with us, they know how to engage with he family and it was comforting knowing it was Debbiie who came for Mum. Firstly, I would like to thank Rina and her incredible team for making such a sad day bearable. Rina is such a kind, caring and empathetic person who was made to do this job. She dealt with my children in such a beautiful way listening to everything they asked for, always at the end of the phone and ready to help or just listen. She recommended Ben the wonderful celebrant who read the eulogy with such care and compassion, he listened to what my girls said regarding their dad and read it out like he knew him personally. Everyone of the team were attentive to our mood, performing their tasks professionally with such respect and dignity towards my mum, her coffin, myself and the immediate family as well as all our guests.
I cannot fault there work from the initial phone call, through the first face to face meeting to the final drop-off at the wake.
They are a truly family run business and that shows in the care of all involved.
