I recently lost an elderly relative with a terminal illness in Gravesend and had to act quickly to to arrange his funeral, I had cared for him a long time,covering many hundreds of miles from my home.he wanted coop to arrange everything,so I went to them feeling a bit sad,and was greeted with a nice cup of tea and a friendly lady ,named Shirley who took care of everything and would like to say a big thank you to her and coop for excellent service.

Went there a couple of weeks to go as a relative had passed away very suddenly we walked in to be greeted by a woman who was so cold we couldn’t believe it, they way she spoke to us with no compassion no sincerity nothing, oh we can’t do it for about a month as we are busy, me and my friend just looked at each other thinking we just lost someone dear to us and she is coming across like that needless to say we didn’t use them and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
