The attentiveness and care displayed by Mark at this branch is outstanding and makes me return to this shop in particular. I went in recently as my watch battery ran out before the warranty end date, but there were complications with the evidence to this. Mark took great care in explaining the policy to me, but then replaced the battery anyway. I saw several other customers enter the shop during my visit and he was equally as helpful and professional to everyone. It’s hard to find service as good as this nowadays, I sincerely hope mark is recognised for his exceptional work.
