I am writing to share my experience with Rowland Brothers Funeral Directors in Croydon, UK, regarding the repatriation of my husband’s remains from England to Sri Lanka.
My husband’s family, and I endured an extremely distressing FOUR-WEEK wait for information on when his remains would be released and repatriated. This prolonged uncertainty added to our grief, as we waited to pay our respects and perform the last rites according to Muslim rituals.
This review comes six months after using the services of Rowland Brothers, during which time I was communicating with them remotely from Sri Lanka
