The service revived by Ashley & Janice is very professional, and considered especially under the circumstances. The process is straightforward, with lots of choice, on both occasions we have had compliments on the booklets produced. Memories by DD are the best in the business and Pauline's customer service is exemplary. Not only is she professional, she is also patient, kind and supportive during what is an extremely difficult time. I began with an order of an 8 page booklet package which then became a 24 page booklet package but no matter how many amendments, edits, or changes I asked for nothing was too much trouble. They even worked right through the weekend to ensure my order was delivered in time. I would definitely use them again and would recommend everyone to do so too.
