★☆☆☆☆ Awful company - rude staff with a complete lack of compassion and sensitivity at the lowest point of your life. They didn’t even offer any condolences to my grandfather who just passed away a few days ago at Christmas. Woman on the phone kept telling me to look on the website about prices despite the fact I had specific questions that need answering. Very patronising but happy to try and take my grandads money though. DO NOT USE THEM
