Awfull.....no respect for people.....day before mums burial i was told it wouldnt be going ahead as there was a dispute between the cemetry and FWPaine.....so left work and spent hours trying to resolve myself as apparently it was my fault yhen a year later..even more disgracefull and rude behaviour from staff we where not advised as to when the headstone was being replaced even after calling and e mailng continuose for 6 weeks to get a date ....tried to complain to complaints department but guess what they found themselves that they had done nothing wrong.......there where a lot more issues b
