Gill was wonderful when she helped me to organise my husband's funeral. Everything was calm and she was really clear with all the options and made great and thoughtful recommendations.
The Funeral Director was brilliant. He came to meet me the day before and talked through any needs. He also reminded / welcomed me to pack snacks for my young children as the funeral was around lunchtime. He was absolutely brilliant on the day, really helping them to be at ease.
