We used S.M. Funerals Ltd after they were recommended to us, but our experience was extremely disappointing. We believe we were overcharged, and when we asked for a full breakdown of the invoice, the response we received was unacceptable.
We were told by the director that we had supposedly paid “under the table” to get things done quicker. This is completely untrue. No such payment was ever made or discussed, and being accused of this was very upsetting and unprofessional.
