Dode was a very special place to our Dad and Doug was a very special friend. As such, it was the only place we considered holding his memorial. Everything on the day felt perfect! We were allowed to run the day exactly as we wished, with family and friends (including Doug) speaking whilst Dad’s favourite tunes echoed around the stunning church. Becky was excellent at co-ordinating all aspects of the day. Dad’s ashes were scattered in the pond before we all tied ribbons around the remembrance tree.
