I especially appreciated that Delores arranged for Mike Faun to be the minister as he'd led my dad's funeral so beautifully a couple of years ago. Had to go here as it was the nearest branch after Bermondsey closed. Such a terrible experience. A huge lack of empathy and very disorganised. It seems we were made to pay for taking out a basic plan with an awful service. We got told we could have services included in the funeral, then told we couldn't have it because we should have taken out a better plan, even when we asked to have them added and we would pay we were told we couldn't have anything we wanted. If it wasn't for my mum going up there five days prior to the service we would have missed the service as we weren't told the funeral
