Udens did my father's and mother's funerals impeccably. I had never organised a funeral previously. From the outset, the team at the Dulwich branch were calm, understanding and smooth. I had added complications involving delays because of a coroner becoming involved with my mother, but Udens waited patiently, and even called the coroner to try to help and assist in the process. They call the day before the service to introduce you to the driver and are highly professional. It feels like the 5 star, gold service each time. I cannot praise them highly enough.

On the day of the funeral with Jack Uden at the helm, the cars and the team were immaculately turned out. With a disabled wheelchair user in the limousine, I very impressed with how they handled her wheelchair, stored and in place on six occasions without any issues, Thank you, mum’s funeral was perfect.
