My first experience organising a funeral from scratch, I found them very accommodating, extremely friendly, showed genuine empathy and support. Even when we were running late getting back into the limousine from the service, they showed immense patience. June was ever so nice, very warm had the patience of Jobe coping with all the last minute changes I made.
