Having used their services before, I didn't want anyone else but them to handle our Dads funeral. From the first day of contact with the office manager Rosemary, I knew he would be looked after. Visiting my Dad was not an issue and we were given access as many times as we wanted. On the day of the service the head mourner Alex and his team were all very well presented. So disappointed with Trueloves in Wallington. I can honestly say I have never known anything like it when dealing with a family that are grieving, we lost our amazing dad and my mum lost the man she adored. My dad died from cancer, he also tested positive with covid when he passed on Christmas Day. We felt like my dad was no longer important once they were informed about covid. I was spoken to like he was just another covid case, well I’m sorry, that is my dad you so coldly spoke about on the phone.
