On behalf of my sister and I, we would like to express our sincere thanks for Mears at Ladywell and especially Natalie for the first rate service in organising our late mother's funeral. Natalie made this such a painless process, and responding to all our requests, even last minute changes when I asked to change a piece of music the day before the funeral. They respected all our wishes and provided Claire a very personable and kind celebrant. Our mother had a dignified send off thanks to Mears.

We recently used Mears to bury my Mother and the branch Manager Natalie was great. It’s hard to find many people that actually enjoy their jobs in this day and age. Not only did Natalie show compassion but she helped me like a family member would. Thank you so much again ❤️✨

As a result, there was a noticeable and growing odor each day. When we raised this concern with Natalie, we were told it was "normal" — a claim that goes against basic standards for handling unembalm
