She showed great compassion, understanding and kindness that was greatly appreciated as did Darren, the drivers and the bearers and the Reverend Antony Roskoss who gave a lovely, caring and personal service on the day of the funeral.

I contacted Co-op funeral care as my Mum had passed away and she had purchased a bond from the Co-op. It was obviously an emotional and stressful time for me but from that first phone call with Hosana the process of arranging the funeral that my Mum had planned for, became so much easier than I had imagined it would be.
