My firm used to bank here for many years and I was lucky enough to receive an invite for an evening drinks party A beautiful building housing many valuable paintings and artifacts - I saw at least 2 paintings by stubbs Expected just staff to be in attendance but the directors were also there and all very nice friendly people Still is a privately owned bank - probably the last in the country Well run and efficient I believe you may have to have a certain net worth to be a customer which prohibits me becoming one but otherwise would love to be one The premises are, I understand, the oldes

We were members of the Master Charitable Trust; a venture set up to make charitable giving easier but had to leave due to

Very slow in dealing with their HR department. Often unable to get through, and never return my calls. Front cashiers staff very pleasant, but back office difficult to deal with. I would not want to bank here personally.
