Nicola at the Streatham branch was very patient, kind and supportive throughout. At mine and my families lowest moment, in our shocked state she was able to assist us in making decisions when we couldn't decide anything. On the day of the funeral everyone was kind and respectful. They made everything run smoothly and made my first experience of organising a funeral the best it could possibly be. I would definitely recommend them and would happily use them again. Maxwell Brothers were the perfect choice for Mums funeral. They were professional, respectful and always there to help. Nicola was amazing at supporting us through a difficult time and Mauricio was super respectful when it came to the funeral itself and all dealings. In 2022 I used this organisation for the funeral of my mother, Emilia and because of the amazing service I received from Monica, I returned for the funeral of my dear Sister, Myrtle. Sandy was now the person responsible. She was quick, caring and professional in the way she dealt with arrangements.
