Do not recommend, we were told a couple of hours before visiting chapel of rest to say goodbye to my nan, that we could not see her because of the state she was in, when we went in to the Farnborough branch to ask why would this happen when embalment should allow us to view her, we were told that we never opted for embalment!!!! We then stated that this was never asked when filling out paperwork, and Michelle repeatedly and rudely stated that she asked us, when we looked at the paperwork it was clear that embalment was left clear and was never
