From the initial contact with FWP, we felt supported and in a difficult situation we felt we were the only people that they were planning a funeral for. From the initial meeting with Tracy and Gayle to the actual day, they were on hand to answer any questions, the changes we made last minute were accommodated. We requested a Land Rover Defender rather than a hearse, it was found and really made a fitting tribute for Pete's final journey. Nothing was too much for them. On the day, Gayle arrived and put us all at ease and alongside Mark, the funeral went far better than we could have imagined.
