Alison at the Chessington branch was amazing throughout an emotionally very difficult and challenging time in the run up to and just after Christma. Nothing was too much trouble for her, going that extra mile to ensure we fully understood and were happy they were delivering the funeral we wanted for my mother. Gail oversaw the funeral on the day. She was very calm, organised and respectful. I felt confident that along with Karen our chosen celebrant, she had full control of the service. I felt held and comforted as a result. Thank you all.

I could not recommend highly enough Sue, Jackie and the team at the Chessington branch. From the time I had to call their out of hours service at midnight, through all the arrangements; the Church service, including liaising with the Vicar, sourcing an organist through to the crematorium the following day their conduct was exemplary. Sue was so helpful in helping us with the content of the Order of Service and then arranging for the printing all the stress was taken away from you. Used them for my fathers funeral a few years ago as we only live around the corner and was a very pleasant experience during a hard time in my life. On the other hand an incident with a staff member I witnessed today as a passer by was very far from being pleasant. A middle aged woman standing in the doorway of the premises, being aggressive and intimidating, confronting 2 younger women outside the store who seemed to be just as shocked as I was at her behaviour. Highly disappointing to see such an unprofessional display from a respresentative of such a well known, local company.
