My father in law sadly passed away in June, and the whole family was left devastated. We hadn't had someone so close pass away and had no clue what what to expect. My father funeral was on the 30th December 2020. As it was first time planning a funeral the services provided by Greaves Funeral service was impeccable. Very professionally, Great advice, available by phone and email. Staff were very polite, patience and caring as we were struggling with our grief. Funeral day, everyone included the horses arrived in matching bajan attire. Well orgsnised and the staff was also very helpful as I changed the pall bearers. My personal experience wasn't good. There was a lack of communication and willingness to help. We outsourced all the items our self in the end. On the day of the funeral, the procession was extremely late again no communication. When we called the office to query, they were confused as Ian and co had apparently left a while ago and confused how they hadn’t already arrived. The hearse driver seemingly left makeup marks all over the white casket. This was noticed by an attendee and wiped off as it was being lowered, which is ridiculously inappropriate.
