I only chose James Funeral Services because was local to where my mum lived. My first dealings with James was when i rang,in a bit of a flap,because care home contacted me that i had to arrange body to be picked up as my mum nearing death. So definently not best of circumstances. But James assured me was common practice & he calmed me a lot. After my mum's death i dealt with Emma. She was terrific to me & helped smooth all arrangements. Including 2 viewings of my mum to say final farewells. One for me & another for a family member.
