Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she helped craft the perfect funeral for my late husband. Obviously very experienced, Liz knew the answer to all my questions and if not, she knew where to find them. I only have praise for James & Thomas and thank them for making the whole process of arranging my mother's funeral as easy and stress free as it was. The room we were in had a very calming feel. After losing mum in 2016, we sadly lost dad as well in May this year. Mum was looked after so tenderly by James & Thomas so leaving dad in their caring hands was the obvious choice. Liz at the Cobham branch was nothing short of an angel to my sister and I. She was compassionate and considerate and guided us so personally through the whole process all the way to the crematorium where she attended and looked after the whole family so sensitively and with such dignity and respect for dad.
