Bernadette and her team provided us with a fantastic service when we had to arrange the funeral of our mother. Nothing was too much trouble, Bernadette was very courteous, compassionate and very professional and we will be forever grateful for her help. The staff that picked up my father we're very respectful and patient. Id give them alone 5 starts. However this was not the case when dealing with Bernadette at the funeral home. Things we've had before can't fit through doors, the range of coffin or caskets was limited to what we could have according to her, when I know I'VE had 2 in a plot before. If we have had it before then why not again. Instead of checking with the cemetery she told us what she wanted us to hear, she finally decided to call the cemetery and could not answer to questions to why we can't have what we had before. OH YEAH,
