We lost our beloved Wife, mum and grandma back in February in Cyprus this year. We had to fly her back to the uk and this is where Penny at Lodge brothers took over, where mum was collected from Heathrow and everything was sorted out by Penny and her colleagues at the Ashford middx branch. Through this sad time we never had to worry about a thing as it was taken care of at all stages of our grieving. The woman I spoke to was incompetent, rude and callous. They had already installed the stone without informing me. Fortunately someone from the council spoke to Lodge on my behalf and a guy called me back and agreed to do things properly.

Shambles from beginning to end one problem after another, what were they playing at, my grandma would have been so disappointed she deserved a nice funeral, a day of mourning and they had no respect for anything Absolutely won't be using them again that's for sure !!
