I can't say how good all the staff I spoke to at Lodge Brothers were during an extremely difficult and mentally challenging time when I my Mum passed away suddenly in January. Right from the beginning Catherine at the Brentford branch of Lodge Brothers was so supportive and helpful. Explaining everything in a clear easy manner and never once making me feel I had to spend money that I didn't need to. My Mum only had a direct simple cremation planned and I didn't feel that was right for a special Mum. Catherine talked me through and helped arrange the perfect service for my Mum and even after th

Bernice, Tracey, and Paul ,who we had direct contact with, went beyond expectations to ensure that we had the send off that we needed.
