I can't thank Bonnie enough for all her advice and help in organising a fabulous send-off for mum. The ceremony at Bluebell Crematorium was everything we'd hoped for and more. Bonnie at Mears, was brilliant from start to finish. A flawless experience from the first phone call. Bonnie was always available on the phone and was swift in email responses. The funeral team on the day were brilliant, allowing my family and a flag procession to walk with the hurst. A special thank you to your embalmer for their expertise. Excellent, compassionate service. Arranged mum's funeral at very short notice (within a week) which they managed really efficiently. Everyone I dealt with at Mears Family Funerals was excellent, so sympathetic and lovely to deal with at a very difficult time. The celebrant they recommended was also fantastic and delivered a brilliant tribute to mum and seemed to really understand her after just one meeting. Options were explained clearly and the service was a fitting tribute. Highly recommended.
