Kalpesh helped organise my dad's funeral, was always available, approachable and very helpful and calm on the day of the funeral also. Everything went smoothly and he was able to sort at all our requests including horse and carriage, bringing dad home on the day of the funeral very early etc, was accommodating to our specific cultural requests including having the Pooja/last religious rites before the funeral part, no request was too much.
