Matt and his team at West & Co provided amazing service from the first phone call in the early hours of Christmas morning to arrange collection of my dad's body from his home, right through to paying the final bill. Everyone was so kind, respectful and helpful. The celebrant Matt chose for us, Donna Smiles, was just perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better choice - she was fantastic. The whole team made a sad and stressful time so much easier for us all, and we are incredibly grateful to them.

I cannot praise the staff highly enough . From Karen who helped us choose what we would like for our mum and plan the day and also print our personal booklets (which were absolutely perfect) to Mathew who was with us every step of the way on the day of mum's funeral, he took all if the stress off of us and was not only very professional but also had a kindness about him.
