From the very start when my mum passed I had to phone Co op funeral care that phone call was really nice with a gentle man I got a phone call to say when the undertakers where coming and all the way through Co op were there to help and guide us it's the best respect you could not ask for more abufe and beyond nothing was a trouble for them even down to the drivers not a bad word to words them very helpful nothing a trouble thank you so much for your kindness.
