Refused to bring my Mum home for one last time as they had previously promised. (Heartbroken)
Told us we didn’t need the embalming my Mum wanted, it turned out WE DEFINITELY DID.
On the Portrait carried in the hearse and in the crematorium she used misshapen and discoloured photo, (which was copied on the desk IN FRONT OF US, ON HER PHONE, instead of scanning the image in a secluded room) AND used a font which looked like COMIC SANS on THIN, LOW QUALITY PAPER.
We never got a chance to check what they were w
