What can I say the kindest most professional caring team of people ever. I felt they looked after my Dad like he was a member of there own family the respect care and compassion was fantastic and the support to us as a family was amazing. We were also advised after the funeral not to hesitate to to contact and pop in for a chat and a cuppa so nice. I can highly recommend Desmond L Bannon _ Broadgreen Road. From the moment they collected Dad after his passing they all showed care and compassion. From Zoe who arranged everything who was kindness itself, who even contacted me today to check how I was doing, to Michael the funeral director on the day who again showed kindness and compassion on a difficult day. We were able to take Dad to his house one last time (he was in a care home for over a year).
Everything was very dignified. Nothing was too much trouble.

Sally looked after us when we first arrived and explained everything to us clearly and precisely. Also clear, open and understandable pricing, we did go to a few other funeral directors but Bannons was by far the most reasonably priced we were quoted nearly £1000 pounds more by other directors.
