Having lost our Mum and been through this before with Dad I have to say that I was dreading the whole process. However from the very first call with Jess in Gateacre I was completely at ease. Meeting Jess for the first time was such a lovely experience, she made us all feel totally at ease and made sure we had all of the information we needed. All of the costs were explained in plain English and they even brought mum back to Liverpool from Wales. Jess really did pull out all of the stops and the funeral was perfect. Very sudden and she was only 43 and financially we were not ready so we went to kiss goodbye were so glad we did Jess could not have been more caring and helped us with so much every step of the way nothing was too much trouble for her.
And also the men who were allocated to drive the hearse Phil was the lead and everything went so smoothly for which we thank them for .
And we can now smile because we did Kiss Goodbye to our Daughter in the most dignified way.

Great service from Jess, unfortunately they couldn't offer the exact thing we wanted but she did try her hardest, going above and beyond. Even though we couldn't get our exact wishes the funeral was easy to set up, good communication and would recommend to anyone.
