After my sister finding herself in the most devastating situation having to bury her 26yr old son we knew Cosgroves was the only place we wanted for him to be looked after. From the moment we first spoke to Phil, Graham and Julie our minds where eased as they guided us through the entire process. They showed Lewis (my nephew) the up most respect and looked after him as if he where there own. The funeral parlour is cosy and homely and the rooms you go in are so peaceful. I Cannot thank Phil, Graham and both Julie’s for their care, help and support on looking after my dad. From the first phone call to the day of the funeral on Thursday, we were looked after, like we were one of the family.
We knew dad would be in the best hands and he really was.
Dad had wanted Phil to take him on his final journey and he did so with the utmost dignity and respect to my dad and the rest of our family.
We really cannot put into words just how much it meant to the whole family.
