Dave was kind, compassionate, and incredibly organized—sending updates on what remained outstanding and checking in regularly. When there were delays with the GP releasing the death certificate, Dave coordinated with the coroner to make sure it was sorted efficiently. cant thank the service these gave us for my dads funeral, they went above and beyond and gave us everything we asked for and more. Mike in the bootle office was so kind and caring and felt like he was part of the family the way he treated us and my dad. Shelly was amazing she was the director for my dads funeral and was always on the end of the phone if we needed her along with her lovely dad too. All the staff were lovely there and we are truly grateful for them all, However these 3 were so kind and thoughtful towards our feelings at this very difficult time and cant thank them enough. Mccall

Well what can i say except thank you ever so so much For making our mums (Susan Heyes), mass and service a truly beautiful celebration of her life and what a wonderful send off "our queen" was given.
From start to finish the funeral, cars, fowers,service books and being able to see mum at all hours of the day and night was way behoned our expectations.
