I cannot praise the staff of Gornalls enough. From my first meeting with Gillian and all through the process,I was treated with compassion and thoughtfulness. Nothing was too much trouble, all my queries were answered patiently. The staff during the funeral itself were professional and very supportive. A huge thank you to you all, for your care and support during a difficult time.

Excellent service, Gill went through everything with us, gave us the time and respect that we needed to arrange Dad's funeral. She kept in touch during the period up to the funeral and was always respectful whether on the phone or in person, she is an asset for the company. The funeral itself, did Dad justice and Bernie, the celebrant, ensured that the service ran the way we think that Dad would have approved of. Gill, again, got in touch a few days after the funeral to make sure that we were happy with our sad day. Can't thank them enough for all of their help and support during our sad
