My sincere thanks to Irene at Thomas Porter in the Garston office. After the sudden death of my sister, we made an appointment to arrange for her funeral. Irene took the whole process on board and arranged everything for us. We cannot thank her enough. The service was at Springwood Crematorium and the Celebrant was Bernie Ward Olyott. On the day of the funeral, the hearse arrived and Gary from Thomas Porter put us all at ease and guided us through everything. Bernie, the Celebrant was fantastic. Very efficient, a lady called Chris in the Garston office was our first point of contact and she was very helpful, she answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. It is very difficult organising a funeral, especially when you've never done it before, you don't realise how much is involved but Chris guided me through every step of the way, I wouldn't of had a clue. And she had good recommendations about where to go for flowers etc. Even last minute changes Chris accommodated for. I can't comment on the price as I have nothing to compare it to but the service was to a high standa
