A small family firm who did a wonderful funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for the lady from Hicks when my step father passed. They did not try to sell us extras so we could give more to charity and arranged a really personal send off.

The difficult loss of a much loved father last June was compounded by the numerous mistakes made by the lady at Hicks, including posting the funeral announcement in the paper for 3 days after the funeral took place, not being able to source the music we wanted (so we had to arrange it ourselves) and giving us the wrong ashes. Such a shame as some of the people in the company were lovely. Today we attended the funeral of my sister who passed suddenly and we used the services of Toveys instead.
