Luke was absolutely AMAZING after being messed around for a week with the original funeral directors we contacted Luke and he saw us the very same day.
He was kind compassionate, sympathetic and had so much empathy for such a young person in his line of work. He walked us through every step and kept me and the family updated on everything. I can't thank him enough for what he did for us as a family not just on the run up to the funeral but on the actual day.
