After losing my mum, I knew rosedales were the funeral home that I wanted to look after her. As both myself and my sister have had training done with this rosedales, we know how much respect and dignity they given our loved ones,when no families are around. I have always found the staff at Rosedale Funeral Home to be kind, friendly and compassionate. I am so grateful to Mark at Attleborough for saving the day for me yesterday.
I had problems at the Post Office trying to send a small amount of ashes to Langham Glass (for a memorial paperweight).
Unfortunately they said they couldn't accept ashes, even though they were in the appropriate padded envelope provided by Langham. I was very upset as I wasn't expecting this problem.
Mark was so kind, immediately taking control of the situation going out of his way to resolve the issue at the Post Office
