Celia listened to what our father had requested and talked through everything with us. She was so kind. Michael Palmer visited us before the funeral to introduce himself. Kind, compassionate and caring, nothing was too much trouble at all for Louise and Maria. Dealt with the death of my father in the most respectful of ways that took all the pressure and stress away from us. We were given a packet of forget me not seeds to plant in his honour, such a wonderful gesture from a lovely team.
