From the moment we walked in Jo reassured us and looked after us. We were in shock at the death of our son and while everyone told us they would keep us updated it was Jo who called us and kept us informed. As soon as we could see him she made it happen. Roger on the day was superb, and he made it all happen as we had wanted. What we expected to be the second worst day of our lives turned into a respectful celebration of his life.
