Simon could not have been more helpful or more kind. Our father had taken care of his own funeral arrangements with Robert Minns Funeral Directors many years ago, and when it came time to use them, they could not have taken better care of him, or our family. My Mum died recently and my Dad told us to use Robert Minns Funeral service. I was so glad we did.
Simon has been a funeral director for years and the experience really helped. He gently found out about Mum and then went through what was going to happen and what needed to be organised. He then proceeded to organise everything apart from the flowers and the wake.
Not only can I not recommend him highly enough, I will certainly be using his services again when my Dad dies and I hope my family will use him when I die.
