Dad had a pre paid plan which I was so grateful for. Walking into the funeral parlour (for the first time) had no idea what to expect or how I would feel and I also had to try and suppprt my mum who was with me. Wendy greeted us. Quietly but with a smile. I immediately relaxed a little. The organisation took a long time but Wendy asked and listened. I was so happy to find out she could book Greenacres, Norwich for us. Its just the most stunning place. Being non religious we opted for humanist to lead the ceremony. We met Rachael. She was the perfect choice for us and dad. She came to

All staff were very warm and friendly . They were patient and kind and thoughtful. All my needs were met and the communication was spot on. As I do not live near Norwich a lot of the communication was done via email and over the phone juggling within my 12 hour shifts. I cannot thank them enough for giving my Uncle the best send off .

Jo and Natalie and the entire team at Peter Taylor's are fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend their services. Everything was dealt with in the most professional, but also highly personal manner. Having to deal with a funeral is tough. You want someone who supports you at every step, takes away some of the burden but also understands what is important to you. I found that here and I'm very grateful for it.
