Very happy with how Gordon Barber looked after my husband’ and his funeral. My husband looked very dignified in his suit. Terry was compassionate, professional, clear , easy to talk to. When we visited to view my husband, the place was dignified, clean, friendly. I am very happy with everything. People who attended the funeral have commented that the service was lovely . The stationary, the flowers, everything exceeded my expectations. I also love the gift they gave me - photo album and my husband ‘s photograph. It’s so thoughtful. Terry is amazing and makes everything so easy at such a difficult time. Terry looked after my Dads arrangements 3 years ago and provided exceptional service and care , so when my Mum recently passed, I didn’t consider trusting anyone else with my Mums wishes. Again Terry was just incredible, particularly as I live several hours away and so it’s always a challenge not living locally. However, Terry made it simple, kept in touch and managed his time to suit me and when I could get over to Hoveton. If anything was needed, nothing was too much trouble for Terry or Bev at any time when we made a request.
